CarPro Spotless 2.0 Water Spot Remover

Water spot removers are becoming more popular and we say it's a must, especially for ceramic-coated cars. As good as coatings are, water droplets on the surface can etch into ceramic coatings, at that point they can be very stubborn to remove.

Water spot removers have an acid-based formula which helps to remove stubborn spots and restore the finish back to how it should be. Despite the acid-based formula, it will be safe on most coatings, but we strongly recommend checking the pH resistance of your specific coating before use.

Do not use it on hot surfaces or in direct sunlight. Do not spray directly on glass. Use with caution, buff in and off instantly, and neutralise. May affect windscreen/window coatings and traditional sealants and waxes.

On Paintwork

1. Wash the vehicle with Reset, rinse, and dry the paint.
2. Work indoors or in the shade on cool panels. Prepare 2 damp Terry Weave Towels.
3. Spray Spotless 2.0 directly onto the panel or into 1 damp Terry Weave Towel and spread on the affected area.
4. Allow 30 seconds to 1 minute for Spotless 2.0 to break down the minerals on the surface before wiping the affected area to help loosen the mineral deposits.
5. Do not let the chemical dry on the surface, wipe off with a 2nd damp Terry Weave Towel or apply Spotless 2.0 again.
6. Repeat if necessary.
7. After cleaning each panel, thoroughly rinse the panel with running water and dry before moving to the next panel.

Emblems & Wheels

1. Clean the area with Reset, rinse, and dry the surface.
2. Always test in an inconspicuous area first. Spray Spotless 2.0 onto an applicator, microfiber or brush of your choice and apply to affected area 1 section at a time.
3. Allow Spotless 2.0 to dwell on the affect area for 30 seconds to 1 minute without letting it dry before agitating to help break up the mineral deposits or stains.
4. Repeat if necessary.
5. Rinse thoroughly with running water after cleaning each area and dry.

Textured Plastics

1. Clean the plastics with Reset, rinse, and dry.
2. Spray Spotless 2.0 directly on the textured plastic or apply to a damp microfiber towel and wipe it onto the surface generously to allow it to get into the pores.
3. Allow Spotless 2.0 30 seconds to 1 minute to break down the mineral deposits and contamination before using a detailing brush to agitate and work the contamination out of the pores.
4. Repeat if necessary.
5. Rinse thoroughly with running water after cleaning each section and dry.

Glass

1. Apply Spotless 2.0 onto a Terry Weave Towel and spread on the glass allowing to dwell for 30 seconds to 1 minute.
2. Use the same Terry Weave Towel to polish the glass to agitate the minerals or for stubborn water spots apply some Spotless 2.0 to a polishing pad and polish the glass by machine or by hand.
3. After spot removal thoroughly rinse the glass and adjacent panels with running water or wash with car shampoo and dry.
