Canceling an order
You can cancel your order for any reason providing the goods have not been dispatched, you will need to contact us as soon as possible using the Contact Form or by calling us on +44(0)1484 959638.
If the goods have been dispatched you may still cancel the order but the goods will have to be returned to us at your cost. Goods must be an unused state and re-saleable before any refunds will be considered.
Returning an order
For any reason if you wish to return your order you may do so within 14 working days. You must contact us before returning goods using the Contact Form or by calling us on +44(0)1484 959638. Goods must be returned in their perfect un-opened and un-used condition sealed in the original packaging. Returning an order will be at your cost and we do not reimburse any return postage costs. Upon receiving the goods, they will be checked before issuing a refund.
The goods will remain your responsibility until they have been safely delivered to us. We strongly advise that you insure the Goods and get proof of posting in case of loss or damage.
Should your order qualify for free delivery or a promotional discount over a certain spend and you return a product which takes you under that spend threshold, we reserve the right to deduct the cost of postage from any refund due to you.
