The Lake Country Hydrotech Cutting Pad is designed for removing swirl marks and other moderate defects from your paintwork. The Hydrotech Pads feature a closed cell pre-polymer foam which reduces polish being absorbed into the core of the pad, keeping it on the surface for optimum performance.
