Review: Auto Finesse Satin Tyre Creme

Auto Finesse recently re-released Satin Tyre Creme, and we got our hands on a bottle to give it a try on this brand new Audi TTS in Vegas Yellow (very bright colour hence the yellow glow on the all the photos).

The tyres were cleaned during the wash process using Britemax Grime Out to ensure all dirt, grime and previous dressings were removed giving Satin a clean surface to work with.

We coupled Satin up with an Auto Finesse Handi Puck and the Tyre Spot Pad for ease of application.

Application is easy, especially with the Handi Puck, the tyre dressing has a thick gel like consistency that spreads very nice, it really likes to soak into the tyre and leaves a dry to the touch feeling. One coat delivers a new crisp satin finish, two to three coats leaves a high gloss finish and best of all it suffers with no sling due to it’s water based formula.

Auto Finesse Satin

We found application to be quick and easy with the finish lasting for a good few weeks which is not bad during the winter months. It’s a winner in our eyes and will suit many as you can layer up to give the desired finish, it’s good value for money and it’s quick and easy to apply.
